Collaborative Ecosystem
The Collaborative Ecosystem is a Sweden–India initiative for building capacity, partnerships and future activities in data-driven silicon carbide semiconductor manufacturing. It connects research, education, industry and innovation actors around practical experience from SiC manufacturing, including PVT wafer growth for energy infrastructure and CS-PVT as an emerging technology for research, education and future industrial capability.
The aim is to build a long-term collaboration platform. Through meetings, knowledge exchange, training, strategic positioning and future project preparation, the ecosystem supports internationalisation between Sweden and India and prepares the ground for future pilot, validation and implementation activities.
Why this ecosystem?
Silicon carbide is important for electrification, power electronics, energy infrastructure and emerging technologies. Data-driven manufacturing can improve process understanding, sustainability metrics, traceability, skills and industrial readiness.
What we focus on
Data-driven SiC manufacturing, PVT wafer production, CS-PVT emerging technologies, sustainability data, competence development, research-to-industry transfer, and Sweden–India collaboration.
Welcome to join
Companies, universities, research institutes, training providers, innovation actors, public organisations and professionals interested in semiconductors, manufacturing, energy infrastructure and emerging technologies.
Current foundation
The ecosystem is grounded in real-world experience from an ongoing SiC data-driven manufacturing pilot. This gives the collaboration a practical base, not only a conceptual one.
Future direction
The ecosystem will support joint agendas, capacity-building activities, partner matching and preparation for future international projects and pilot activities.
